Those would probably reside in NPC 0.0 everywhere and roam into BoB territory with gank squads and fleets, take down poses here and there. I think it's just uncontrollable, except all pvp'ers join them, witch is never going to happen. ( And BoB doesn't want that of course either ) Are you saying it is in BoB's interst to allow alliances to grow? Homeless PvPrs and a organized oppisition are two diffrnet things, are they not? What happens if they are successful? If they win the current war, who is left? I am sure BoB likes to fight, but to say they would never want to 'rule', for thier love of fighting, seems a bit of a reach. Weither they want the real estate or not, they have been aquiring it.
